Team Leader Cleaning – Häggvik (Stockholm)

Full-time • Early mornings + daytime • Start date by agreement

We are looking for a driven and responsible team leader in cleaning who enjoys combining practical work with leading and coordinating daily operations on-site. The role consists of about 4 hours of cleaning per day (mainly early morning shifts) and the remaining time involves team leadership tasks such as customer contact, quality control, communication, and actions.

About the role

• Working hours: Monday–Saturday. Morning shifts start around 04:45. Team leader tasks mainly occur during daytime.
• Scope: Full-time (100%).
• Location: Häggvik, Stockholm.

Your mission (examples of responsibilities)

• Perform daily cleaning according to schedule (approx. 4 hours/day).
• Be the primary contact for customers – receive feedback, follow up, and ensure actions are taken.
• Conduct quality rounds/checks, document deviations, and follow up on actions.
• Plan and coordinate daily tasks within the team, support colleagues, and onboard new staff.
• Ensure order in cleaning areas, cleaning carts, chemicals, and materials; make simple material orders.
• Report status and deviations to the supervisor/HR, preferably via our digital systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and good knowledge of methods and hygiene requirements.
• Driving a combination machine is a requirement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create good customer relationships.
• Structured and responsible – you plan, follow up, and make things happen.
• Punctual and available for early morning shifts.
• You can reach the workplace on time (own transportation is often necessary).
• Swedish in speech and writing.

Meritorious

• Experience as a team leader/supervisor in cleaning.
• Familiarity with digital systems for planning/reporting (e.g., Tengella or similar).
• SRY/Professional certificate or equivalent.
